Welcome to Orda. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our hospitality ordering and payment platform.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Orda's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Lounge administrators must register for an account and subscribe to one of our active billing plans. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
All subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. The payments are integrated directly into Paystack. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund request procedures managed by our administrative operations.
Please note that customer order checkouts process payment routes directly to the respective Lounge’s Paystack configuration. Orda is not liable for dispute settlements between lounges and their final consumers.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
